What do you think? is it possible nowadays to follow the sunna and mary at a young age or do many abstacles blocks this way?

To marry in young age the family should accept to marry her young girl to a man who may be older than her in most of the cases...And nowadays girls are open meaning that they wanna go on in their studies, grow in social levels, have their own ressources to be independant...so let's see here : all her dreams will crash against that older man (comparing to her age...) and guess what?I think she will never be happy...
Besides mariage make this little girl face so many responsabilities... I remember that there is an old man who has married a young 11 year-old girl !!! imagine that ? she swears she was playing with kids the first day of mariage ?!!!!
We can marry according to the sunnah and islam but according to our time though...I explain : i don't think that sunnah oblige us to marry young girls. For example for me, i can go with my family to the girl's family to ask the late for the girl without seeing her (but i can see her according tu sunnah too). That's all. I don't think that is so complicated....Islam is simple and God want to make it us easier ....

I don't think that the Sunna tells us to mary young kids, I think what baba ali meant is to mary at a young age, for me young means 20, at least 19...
and in my point of view a women don't have to mary someone that is so old for here, I'm thinking about a man 22, 23, the woman 19, 20 why not if they both agree and not only their parents...
like you said, Allah want to make it easier and keep us from temptations but we make it harder...

yes i agree with u Ram-Z. But tell me please, without families's resources what can a couple of 20-23 year can do ? in tunisia they are still students...
you can say that if the two families make right decisions and to give regulary money to the couple until it become financially independant the marriage can work out but do u know the conditions now?they are getting worse and worse believe me and especially in Tunisia...
I believe i can marry when i'm young but do this society let me fulfill my wishes???

that's the point that's what we're discussing sofien, see the case of a student who try to finish his studies, maybe he'll finish at the age of 24 if he is good student or maybe 25 or 26. who is financing him? of course his parents and even if he has a job then it's not enough, for the girl it's the same, her daddy is paying for her what she needs until she get her degree. Then wait until they find a work, be indipendent, afford the house, the car, el gazz wel frigidér...
maybe a revolution can happen if we forget about the idea: marrige, responsability, independence...you can mary and your parents can continue to support you until you can do it on your own, what do you need with you wife? a trip to the Bahamas each week or a 3alouch (sheep) for dinner every day...
Marriage in tunisia became difficult even for grown men who stands on their feets, but nevertheless they face the impossible if they want to mary, you know how it goes...
EEhm, the idea mentioned above is suitable for those who already find the woman/man of dreams, for the rest be patient and keep your iman strong.
