| Re: what are according to the positive sides of TUNISIA? I love Tunisia and I don't think that I may live outside it. I always hear people complaining about their country. They just see the disadvantages like being idle or unemployed. Actually, I wear pink glasses.... I see how wonderful is to be Tunisian and to live in Tunisia. at least I am surrounded by the magnificent green landscapes. what abt u? |

I used to hear people complaining about Tunisia and here I want to see people satisfied of being Tunisian. Not only satisfied but also paying its kindness. No doubt that all our thanks go to God |

| Re : what are according to the positive sides of TUNISIA? I was born and raised in Tunisia...I breathed the tunisian air...I grew up savoring the tunisian food...I took my first steps in life on the tunisian soil...I met my first friends in Tunisia...and then I moved to USA,that's when I really appreciated Tunisia even more.I miss my country every second...I would give anything just to spend a night on the beach in La Marsa or Carthage...I would do anything just to enjoy an arabic coffee in Sidi Bou Said. Tunisia is my home and i am so grateful I was born tunisian.

| Re : what are according to the positive sides of TUNISIA? Lost, you're really not that lost, are you? ![]() You didn't leave anything to be said or added. Sassouna, thanks for the topic. Well, I've always been proud of my being Tunisian, even at the worst moments in my life After a mission trip, I would come back homesick and longing for every single tunisian detail. I'm going to the US next month and I'm still wondering if I'll make it through this longing. I'm not one of those people who love leaving their country in every possible way. I love Tunisian food, Tunisian music, Tunisian way of hosting foreigners and welcoming them (we don't find that often in other countries), the kind-heartedness some (not all) tunisians try to disguise ... I say that, knowing that when I was in UK and lost my passport and some important belongings in London, some Tunisians who were with me (guys most of them) decided to miss their plane and stay with me until I could solve my problem (of course I didn't allow this, but their genuine concern moved me a lot).
